Clubhouse

We invite you to host your corporate meetings or event in our luxurious 70,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Our club transforms to fit the size of your guest list. At a maximum of 300 people, (the largest capacity in any indoor Naples event venue) the stunning classical design of the Fairmont and Oakmont Ball rooms are perfect for large group needs. More intimate meetings are hosted in our Heritage, Cypress, and Sterling rooms. Vineyards’ Lobby Bar offers the opportunity for cocktails and mingling prior to the beginning of your event. During season our open air veranda offers covered seating and spectacular views of our golf courses.

Amenities

Our meeting space offers a variety of floor plans to suit your needs. Meeting and presentation equipment is available for use and includes a projector and projector screen, smart TV, microphones, lavaliers, standing speaker, and more. If we are not able to supply your requested A/V needs, we can recommend additional resources.

Banquet Menu

Delicious meals prepared in house by our Vineyards culinary staff set us apart from other meeting venues. Our catered meals are designed to your specific event needs. We can accommodate many dietary requirements. Our extensive Banquet & Catering Menu is certain to have the perfect meal.

Availability

Looking for the perfect venue to host weekly or monthly corporate meetings? Our venue is open throughout the year for luncheon meetings, dinners, or cocktail hour in our lobby. One-time events such as conferences, team building exercises, banquets and more can also be scheduled year-round. Perfect venue for our daughter's brunch reception after a mid-morning church ceremony. Everyone raved about the food, which indeed was EXCELLENT. My guests and I also thought the room was classy and that the servers were very kind, gracious, and "on top of things." Ashley Fritz, the coordinator, was always quick to respond to our emails, meeting requests, and unique needs. I have already recommended Vineyards to others, and, I will definitely pursue them for my next daughter's wedding. Overall, we were extremely pleased. NO ONE in the area came close to the Vineyards' overall value. The closest venue that we were interested in was 50% higher for what we wanted, and really, their menu wasn't suitable for us.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and all of the Vineyard staff for making the Girard College’s Florida Chapter Reunion a tremendous success. “It was "marvelous". All guests and family members came up to me and stated I had picked a good place for the party - that the ballroom was elegant and the decoration was well done. Everybody enjoyed the food and the cake - it was excellent! It was greatly prepared by the "chef" which satisfied both young and old. Please do "thank" the chef and the staff for a wonderful job they did in helping out, especially Jesus. Also, I would like to "thank you" for helping out at the last minute with the decorations. YEAH! LOTS OF FUN! Again, thank you very much for your help in coordinating this special event in my granddaughter's life that she will remember forever.”

My family and I had the Memorial Service Reception and Lunch in honor of my beloved wife ‘Annie” at the Vineyards C.C. after the church services at Faith Lutheran Church on Saturday October 17, 2015 from 12:30 pm to 3 pm. The reception was held in the Lobby Bar area with Hors D’oeuvres and open bar followed by Lunch in the Fairmont Room. Thanks to Ashley Fritz’s outstanding organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service orientation for event planning, our guests and my family enjoyed an absolute wonderful afternoon with great food and drinks. Ashley was very helpful to me in planning the event and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. She was always available to sort out the final details of the event, which contributed significantly to the success of function. Your service staff was equally excellent in arranging and setting of tables and in providing outstanding table service with absolute perfect attention to our guests needs. The food service was excellent as well. The prime-rib and Salmon were outstanding. Our guests and my family had nothing but wonderful comments about your superb organization. They should be congratulated. The Vineyards C.C. put their best face forward and it made me very proud to be a member of such a wonderful and caring club.
