Naples, Fla. (August 28, 2019) – Zachary Bouchard recently joined Vineyards Country Club as digital marketing manager. In his new position, Bouchard is responsible for developing and directing digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms, as well as digital and print content strategy, production of advertising, publicity and communications for the master-planned community.
“Zach is an experienced marketer and corporate brand manager with nearly 15 years of extremely valuable digital marketing experience in the real estate development industry,” said Paul Malonson, Vineyards Country Club General Manager. “We are very proud to have someone with his industry track record, experience and tenure on our team.”
Prior to joining Vineyards Country Club, Bouchard served as vice president of business development & marketing for Naples-based KTS Custom Homes, where he led all digital and print advertising, marketing and public relations initiatives, as well as business generation. He also served as marketing manager with Lennar Homes throughout its successful merger with WCI Communities and subsequent rebranding, directing Lennar’s marketing, publicity and communications for 38 different communities while managing a departmental budget exceeding $2,000,000 annually. Bouchard’s projects were consistently ranked among Lennar’s top five and top two of 46 divisions for all digital marketing and social media results, respectively. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University and an associate’s degree from Edison Community College. Bouchard is a member of the FGCU Leadership Academy 2019 and FGCU Alumni Association, and serves as a volunteer for Special Equestrians (Naples) and LARC Inc., Ft. Myers.
