Naples, Fla. (February 25, 2020) – Vineyards Country Club, a 1,400-acre private, non-equity master-planned golf and country club community founded in 1988, has announced the addition of a Concierge Services Division to serve the daily needs of its extensive membership base. The award-winning community is currently in the final stages of multimillion-dollar, multi-phase renovations to its clubhouse and surrounding areas, including extensive structural and aesthetic transformations and improvements, all undertaken without member assessments.
“Our new Concierge Services Division is a valuable enhancement which demonstrates our commitment to providing our members with five-star experiences every day,” said Paul Malonson, Vineyards Country Club Chief Operating Officer. “We realize people have numerous club membership options in Naples and beyond, and we want to continue to grow and maintain our members’ loyalty by delivering timeless and timely forms of meaningful, personalized service.”
According to Malonson, Vineyards Country Club officials undertook extensive research within the country club sector to determine how to deliver on the needs and wishes of current and prospective members. In conjunction with efforts to update and modernize the club, officials created the Concierge Services Division to help make members’ lives more convenient and productive.
The concierge team, under the direction of Controller Krista Collette, is located in the lobby area of Vineyards Country Club, to the right of the double-door entry. The concierge alcove offers a warm sense of arrival, and a 65-inch monitor behind the concierge desk provides an extra reminder of the club’s upcoming events in the form of a slide show. The team is dedicated to providing an elite level of service to all members, guests and internal customers; maintaining the value of membership by ensuring all guests and members who check in are in good standing; acting as representatives of Vineyards Country Club, and serving as a source of knowledge and guidance about all club facilities, events, and amenities.
“Vineyards Country Club offers a family-oriented, inclusive, social atmosphere with something for members and guests of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy,” said Collette. “In addition to our beautiful, newly-renovated clubhouse, we are pleased to provide gorgeous settings, both indoors and out, for a full range of celebrations and events.”
On weekdays, the concierge team is led by Toni Aldridge, a Vineyards Country Club employee for nearly five years. She is a native of Detroit, Michigan who relocated to Naples from Baltimore, Maryland, where she served as Concierge at Caves Valley Golf Club.
Renee Greenley serves as the weekend concierge. A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, she is a graduate of Michigan Technological University (MTU) who worked as a systems analyst for MTU for more than 35 years. She relocated to Naples and joined Vineyards Country Club in 2019.
