Naples, Fla. (March 24, 2021) – Vineyards Country Club today announced that Brittani Swabi has been promoted to the position of sous chef.
In this position, Swabi is responsible for working alongside the executive chef and chef de cuisine to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. As sous chef, Swabi also provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
Swabi joined Vineyards Country Club in 2016 as garde mange (pantry chef) and was promoted to chef de partie (station chef) a few years later. She earned a certification in culinary arts from Lorenzo Walker Technical College.
