We’ve had the honor of hosting many weddings at the Vineyards County Club over the years, and as a result our Naples wedding venue experience is second to none. We know that planning a wedding can often be stressful. You have so much on your mind that you often forget some of the most important questions. We believe that planning your wedding should be just as special as your big day. Below you will find part one of our Naples Wedding Venue Guide. It is the first in what we hope to be a series of helpful questions and tips, as well as Vineyards answers. Please use this guide as a starting point as you navigate the Naples wedding venue scene. Naples Wedding Venues Guide Part One: Wedding Venue Logistics

How many dates does the venue have available in the time frame I am considering?

Vineyards Venue availability will vary at any time of the year. We do not have set days and times that are always available. However, Saturdays are typically a great day of the week for events at Vineyards.

How many people will the venue accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 250 wedding guests at our venue. Plenty of room to invite all of those great-aunts and high school friends you weren’t sure would fit.

What is included in the fees?

Our venue fee includes complimentary linens, center piece mirrors, and votive candles. It also covers setup, breakdown, service, room rental, tables, chairs, and one of the best dance floors in all of Naples.
When will the deposit be due, how much is it? The deposit is due as soon as you have decided to commit to the Vineyards for your event. Upon request, we can hold the room for 5 days as a courtesy hold.

What is the refund policy?

Like most venues the deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit will be credited back into your final balance upon the completion of your event.

When is the balance due?

The final balance, along with the final guest count is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We have found that paying upfront helps to keep your big day more about your event and less about your fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Check or credit card.

Does the venue offer a payment plan?

Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to event

What is the cancelation policy?

If the client cancels at any point, the deposit fee will not be reimbursed

Can the ceremony also be performed at the venue? What are the charges?

Yes, we can accommodate a ceremony. Fees will vary depending on details.

Are there changing areas for the bride?

We do not have a designated area for a bridal suite, however we can accommodate the bridal party in one of our banquet rooms for privacy and changing.

What if the weather is bad? What’s the contingency plan?

We have will have backup space if there is in-climate weather.

How long will I have the space?

Ceremony time is 1 hour, as is cocktail hour, the dinner and reception may last for up to 4 hours. More hours are always available for an additional fee.

Is the wedding venue handicap accessible?

Yes, we are a wheelchair friendly wedding venue.

Is the venue child friendly?

Yes, children are welcome.

How many restrooms are there?

There are several restrooms at the venue.

How many parking spots are available?

500 parking spaces are available at our venue.

Is valet parking an option?

Yes, arrive in style with our wedding valet service.

What type of privacy/security services do you offer for me and my guests?

The Vineyards is a private club with minimal traffic in and out of the club on Saturdays. Both our club and the surrounding area is very safe and secure. You are welcome to hire special security if you feel the need.

Does the venue have liability insurance?

Our Vineyards wedding venue is fully insured.

Do I need any additional insurance or permits?

Not typically, only for special circumstances.

Do you have an on-site wedding coordinator?

We do not have an onsite coordinator; however, we do have a list preferred Naples wedding coordinators that we are happy to recommend.

Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

If you live in the Naples area then you may have your own vendors in mind, but out-of-town brides and grooms may want to find out who the best vendors in Naples are from individuals who work with them often. We have a small list of preferred vendors, simply let us know that you would like to see our recommendations.

What are the nearest hotels?

The Naples Grande Beach Resort, Ritz Carlton, Best Western, and Hawthorn Suites, are all located just a short drive away.

How long do I have to clean up after the event?

No need to worry about clean up. Our staff cleans the venue after events. Your only responsibility is remembering your gifts, center pieces, and any personal décor you may have brought.

Do you provide signage to direct guests to the wedding?
