Derek M. Pirro, PT

Naples Rehabilitative Services Clinic Director

Since joining Vineyards Wellness Center in December 2019, Derek Pirro has shaped Naples Rehabilitative Services into the community’s choice destination for effective therapeutic intervention, health and wellness.

A Massachusetts native, Derek graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Florida. With more than 20 years of industry experience as a director of physical therapy, Derek held his own private practice for fifteen years. Today, he leads the NRS team in a broad spectrum of therapy interventions with a centralized focus on orthopedic conditions involving the spine and extremities.

Vasil Dimitrov, MPT

Naples Rehabilitative Services Physical Therapist

Originally from Bulgaria, Vasil Dimitrov is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from the Vassil Levski National Sports Academy (NSA) in Sofia, Bulgaria. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy in 2001, followed by a master’s degree in physical therapy in 2014. Vasil has specialized training as a Schroth Therapist, which focuses on treating spinal deformities. He joined the NRS therapy team in November 2020 as a staff physical therapist.
